Located at 10000 Riverside Dr, Toluca Lake, CA 91602, Something Vegan operates as a vegetarian serving Toluca Lake in California. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it. Google also lists it under asian fusion restaurant, caterer, chicken restaurant, which is worth knowing if you are comparing several options in the area.

This group covers the non-Asian restaurants, cafes, bars and food businesses that also appear in a mixed-cuisine food scene, including American diners, pizza, Mexican food, burgers, steakhouses and bakeries. Standard US restaurant norms apply: lunch and dinner service with a quieter stretch between, cards and tap-to-pay accepted almost everywhere, and a tip of 15-20% customary for table service. Fast food and quick-service counters expect payment up front and tipping is optional. Bars check ID for anyone who looks under 30, and the drinking age is 21 nationwide. Many restaurants in this group take reservations online through third-party platforms, while casual and fast-food spots are walk-in only. Sales tax is added at the register on top of the menu price and varies by city and state, so the final total is usually a few percent higher than the posted prices suggest.

Hours are published for 7 days a week. On most of those days it is open 11 am–3:30 pm. I am so impressed with the quality of this takeout. Everything arrived hot and perfectly packaged, which is always a relief when ordering in. The flavors were spot on across every single container. I especially loved the generous helping of fresh bean sprouts and crunchy peanuts on the noodles. It is clear that they prioritize fresh ingredients here. I will definitely be ordering again very soon.

I grabbed a to go order for dinner to take back to our hotel. It was my husband and I first time trying this place. The food was delicious! Zero complaints. I absolutely loved the tacos. They were definitely my favorite. The hard shell even held up super good with being in a container and didn’t get all soggy. Prices were reasonable. We’ll definitely be back again to dine in next time.

Beem here 2 times about a week apart. You'll find a place to park and might have to walk but there is plenty of parking around it. I liked the vegan chicken drum sticks. Enough for 2 as a hearty appetizer, but could have it as a meal. The coconut based curry was too sweet for me. The steak tacos I had last time were just okay. You can't order the sample taco plate. You have to choose 3 tacos with only one type of vegan meat, not one of each. The outdoor seating is really nice. Some foot traffic with people walking by, walking their dogs. It's cool eating outside and dogs are walking by. There is a metal fence so they won't be jumping on you or anything, and the dogs were all on leashes and well behaved. Best part is location. Not too busy. Shady area. Outdoor seating. Food is vegan. So that's always good.

A cozy café with a pretty diverse menu. The Bolognese pasta here is really good, and the salads are great too. The staff is very polite and friendly. And honestly, if I don’t feel like saying I could cook it better myself, that means the food is actually good — and I don’t feel like saying that here.

Got food to go but the servers were patient with us and quick to help when we were ready. I got the spring rolls which tasted fresh and had a nice little crunch, the peanut sauce was good as well. My mom got the Pho which she said as good and the portion was worth it. The dining area looked clean.
